Dottie

If you looked up “waitress” in the dictionary, right next to the definition there would be a little black and white illustration of Dottie, hairy mole and all.  She is the voice of reason with a side order of sass and acts as crusty as the pies she serves, but in her own way, she loves these guys.  And they tip her well.  She can take a good joke but she also gives it back as well as any of them.  And that mole on her cheek? She named it Sid, after her first husband.
